Culinary speciality week in the restaurants of Villnöss valley

When nature blossoms and sprouts, you can feel it in the kitchen too. We invite you to the speciality weeks in spring that take place from 24th May to 2nd June 2024 in different restaurants in the valley. In cooperation with Slow Food Travel, the restaurants welcome you with traditional delicacies typical of Villnöss valley. The dishes have been reinterpreted and refined; the focus is on regional products and local herbs as well as our special spring aperitif. This initiative aims to intensify the cooperation between local farmers and gastronomy with local products and to strengthen local cycles. Enjoy the spring cuisine!
