Immerse yourself in the world of South Tyrolean mountain farm cuisine!
Together with farmer Veronika, you’ll learn how the traditional dish Tirteln is made – delicious, golden-brown fried pastries that were once a favorite meal on the farms.
Step by step, you’ll prepare various fillings – from savory spinach to creamy curd cheese to tasty cabbage – shape the Tirteln and fry them until perfectly crispy. Finally, the freshly made Tirteln will, of course, be enjoyed together in good company.
