You will learn how Schüttelbrot rye flatbread got its name, and the right way to shape the “Vinschgerlen” pair-bread. The baker will demonstrate and explain the difference betweeen the variety of grains used in bread making, and provide you with a host of useful tips on baking bread. After the course, you can go home with your own homemade Schüttelbrot and hand-shaped Vinschger Paarl.
