Goodness and delicacies under the waterfalls.

For one day, the meadows at the foot of the Pisciadú waterfalls become an open-air table filled with a variety of culinary delights.

Local restaurateurs will serve sweet and savoury dishes, from family recipes to creative creations inspired by nature.

All accompanied by the sound of the waterfalls and live music.

• Hunter’s hot dog (pretzel bun, venison sausage, coleslaw, crispy onions, grainy mustard)

• Woodcutter’s wrap (cheese and chanterelle spread, curly lettuce, crispy vegetables – with optional cooked speck for the non-vegetarian version)

Garden Wellness Pension

• Polenta dumplings with alpine cheese and local chanterelles

• Apple strudel with vanilla sauce

Hotel Recort

• Sandwich with South Tyrolean pulled pork

• Spaghetti with smoked alpine butter and trout tartare
