Traditional South Tyrolean inns celebrate the Harvest Festival

Even today, as in the past, the harvest festival is a reminder of Thanksgiving Day, celebrated in gratitude for what has been received during the past year. The establishments belonging to the Locanda Sudtirolese group have decided to take care of this tradition, this year putting the forest in the spotlight. Products such as mushrooms, chestnuts, berries, game, wild herbs and much more are transformed by restaurateurs into tasty dishes with an unmistakable flavor. So green light to the creativity of those at the stove!
