Gourmet Skisafari
The star chefs of Alta Badia and of other top ski destinations present their own dishes paired with the best Alto Adige wines.
The Gourmet Skisafari celebrates the official start of the culinary winter season on the slopes, with a very special kind of ski safari. At a number of mountain huts, Michelin-starred chefs will be treating skiers to their delicious dishes, using top-quality products - a hallmark of our region. Skiers will have the chance to move from one mountain hut to another, trying each chef’s creations.

Pasta, smoked butter.
Sylvaner Praepositus Alto Adige Valle Isarco DOC, Abbazia di Novacella
Simone Cantafio (1 Michelin star) – Ütia I Tablá
Tortellini filled with mountain potatoes, Graukäse, and wild herbs, served in a broth of roasted onions, bacon, and yuzukoshō.
Sauvignon Riserva Mathias Alto Adige DOC, Pfitscher
Giancarlo Morelli – Piz Boé Alpine Lounge
Pork belly, Granny Smith apple, Graukäse and polenta.
Chardonnay Lafóa Alto Adige DOC, Cantina Colterenzio
