With traditional and refined dishes, the innkeepers of the Farmhouse kitchen in Hinterpasseier/Alta Val Passiria invite you to enjoy local specialties. On the various menus you will find typical specialties and traditional recipes from the valley, hearty home-style cooking, as well as fine culinary delicacies.

Under the motto “From then to today”, you take a seat at a table full of stories, as our establishments revive old recipes and pass on a piece of the Passeiertal Valleys culinary history.
