Vernissage: Saturday, 6/7/2024 - 5 p.m. The Gardena artist Veronica Moroder (1992) graduated in painting in Karlsruhe, Vienna, and Paris and now lives and works in Hamburg. Her paintings, in bright and vibrant colors, range from concretion to abstraction. "As if they were ghostly paintings, which in turn are based on other images, masks of something fundamentally essential, which in no second, at no point is interchangeable and which is able to radiate a meaning beyond the mask. Colors do not arise from shapes, shapes do not from patterns, patterns do not from their representation. One does not come to the other, the image is the organic result of an organic, fragile, ethereal creation, in the most literal sense alive, living." (Yevgeniy Breyger)
