Cooking Course for Traditional Farmhouse Dishes – From Generation to Generation
With the new cooking course series based on the cookbook “From Generation to Generation”, traditional farmhouse recipes are being passed on and kept alive. Participants will learn how to prepare typical South Tyrolean dishes together – just as they have been cooked in local families for generations. The focus is not only on traditional recipes, but also on sharing knowledge, techniques, and stories related to farmhouse cuisine.
On Friday, 26 June 2026, participants will cook together with Veronika Federer at Gschlierhof in Steinegg/Collepietra from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The menu includes Schlutzkrapfen (South Tyrolean spinach-filled pasta), Bauernbratl (roast pork with potatoes), and traditional pastries with Kloazn filling (pears). The number of participants is limited to 7 people. Price: € 73,20. Registration by Monday, 22 June 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
