CHEF SARA SCARSELLA AND CHEF MATTEO COMPAGNUCCI MEET CHEF DARIO TORNATORE

The second event in the series has arrived. 
On 27 May, in the Glasshouse at the Parkhotel Laurin, Chef Dario Tornatore will welcome two special guests to his kitchen: Sara Scarsella and Matteo Compagnucci from the Michelin-starred restaurant Sintesi (Ariccia, Rome). Three young chefs, three distinct styles, one table. 
A collaborative dinner is always an act of mutual trust: between those who cook and those who eat, and between different culinary identities coming together for one evening. 
The result is unpredictable; that is exactly why it is worth attending. 
What they will offer is not a showcase of technique, but a cuisine of simplicity, which knows when to step aside to let flavour take centre stage, with dishes that are instantly recognisable from the first bite because they speak a language you already know: that of genuine ingredients, treated with respect and without unnecessary embellishments. 

As the golden light of sunset sets the rose garden ablaze with colour, sitting at the long wooden table with other enthusiasts who share the same curiosity, you feel you are in the right place at the right time: not spectators, but part of something.
