Yoghurt and salad
Yoghurt & salad: zero-kilometre salad and yoghurt production from farm milk at the Kronlechnerhof farm and tasting!
First, farmer Anna-Maria takes us on a tour of the barn at the Kronlechnerhof farm and tells us about the process leading up to the milk.
Afterwards we will make a delicious yoghurt together from the farm's own milk. We learn about the variety of uses for yoghurt. To ensure that the yoghurt also turns out well at home, each participant receives the recipe.
Anna-Maria takes us also on a tour of her colourful garden at the Kronlechnerhof farm.
Here we learn about the diversity of salad and learn more about the growth of the different types of salad. We then take some of the lettuce varieties into the kitchen, where we prepare a colourful and wholesome salad together.
At the end, we enjoy the delicious salad plate and the yoghurt in all its varieties together
