From 11:00 AM, local cheesemakers open their world to guests, offering the chance to taste the cheese where it is made, in a direct exchange between those who craft and those who savor. Starting at 1:30 PM, live music fills the crisp mountain air, blending with the landscape in melodies that speak of land, tradition, and freedom.
