Each of us has a very sophisticated body and energy system that usually functions far below its potential. Kundalini yoga is a science that recognises how these systems work. Through strong breathing, dynamic physical exercises, conscious focus, mantras and meditation, they are optimally supplied with life energy and nourished, strengthened and reconnected in a short space of time. In this class, we will practice together to see through the limitations we have imposed on ourselves over time and recognise who we are beyond them. This wonderful tool helps us to flow with the Kundalini energy - the energy of the source within us. This allows us to release outdated energies from our system that no longer serve us and experience a different level of aliveness and deep connection to ourselves
