Winter forest bathing experienced with all the senses and concluding sound mediation

Bathing in the forest without any water? It's not just in Japan that people swear by this intense experience. Studies prove the benefits of forest medicine - blood pressure drops, pain is reduced and stress is alleviated. We experience forest bathing intensively, walk past trees with all our senses, breathe in the exquisitely pure air at the roaring waterfall and listen to the sounds of nature. We take you on the perfect time-out - under the trees.

Followed by sound mediation:
Various meditation techniques promote concentration and mindfulness. In combination with sounds and scents, the senses are stimulated and the nervous system and mind are calmed. Stress and tension are completely reduced and a feeling of balance sets in.
