On March 14, 2026, Philip Lochmann brings his Michelin-starred cuisine to the Mountain-Riviera Terrace at Baita Gardoné. The young head chef of Johannesstube, praised by the MICHELIN Guide for his clear, aromatic style and sustainable approach, delights with light, regionally inspired cuisine, distinguished by delicate flavors, precise technique, and creative use of seasonal ingredients.

Creative dishes made from regional ingredients, a stunning panoramic view of the Dolomites, and music by DJ Patex make this culinary event an unforgettable highlight of the Beef & Snow culinary weeks.
