Season start Trauttmansdorff

On April 1st the Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle begin the new garden year.

In 2025, guests can look forward to the international photography exhibition “International Garden Photographer of the Year” (IGPOTY), a globally renowned showcase of stunning nature photography.

The Touriseum explores in the small exhibition "The Future of travelling" what importance travel will have in future societies.

In springtime, the Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle are once again in full bloom and sprouting on every corner: tulips, daffodils, imperial crowns, ranunculus and Icelandic poppies are stretching their heads high after a long winter. The air is filled with many different scents: Besides roses, thousands of hyacinths give off their bewitchingly sweet scent in spring. The lemon and orange trees blossom and everything comes to life.
