Photography exhibition ON THE PATHS OF THE SACRED: ENCOUNTER BETWEEN FAITHS

Beyond the borders of Europe, there are places that have seen the rise of religions with long traditions. In those lands, for millennia, people have shared veneration of saints, gestures, symbols, myths, songs, gods. It is precisely from these places that Monica Bulaj has embarked on her journey of knowledge and spirituality, meeting the Christians of Pakistan, the Sufi masters of Ethiopia and Iran, the Afghan shamans, the last pagans of the Hindu Kush and the Urals, the Tibetan nomads, the Gnostic sects of the Zagros mountains. Monika Bulaj is building an atlas of endangered minorities and shared sacred places.
