Entering a bakery and discovering a world that goes far beyond baguettes, ciabatta, and everything else, to be enchanted by perfectly prepared dumplings, an apple strudel that says “Eat me,” and cookies that whisper “Deliciousness.” Yes, let yourself be seduced by Michele, who learned the art of baking as a child, following in his father's footsteps, and has been working full-time in the family business for three years. Oh, what a wonderful job it is to be a baker—with quality!
