Join the Neophyte Removal Day on Sept 13 in Deutschnofen – let’s fight invasive plants together & protect nature!

Get out into nature, do something good and meet inspiring people – that’s what awaits you at our Neophyte Removal Day on Saturday, 13 September, in Deutschnofen!
Together with biologist Franziska Zemmer and staff from the local forestry station, we will work to remove invasive plants such as narrow-leaved ragwort and the butterfly bush. After a short introduction and training, we’ll pull out the plants, pack them into bags, and make a valuable contribution to practical nature conservation.
Along the way, the current state will be documented at certain spots, so we can measure the success of our action later. For larger butterfly bushes, coordinates will be recorded and passed on to the forestry service, which will take care of them with the right equipment.
As a thank you, a small gift awaits you at the end.
