Our feet carry us every day and form the basis for stable standing, efficient walking and

healthy working. A physiological alignment of the feet affects the entire body's statics and

impacts knees, hips and spine.

The knee joints are complex and multifunctional and bear our body weight with every step. Their healthy function depends significantly on the alignment of the feet and hip joints as well as

the balanced interaction of the surrounding musculature.

In this workshop you will compactly learn the anatomy and function of feet and knees, recognize misalignments

and important muscle groups and practice targeted techniques to release tension in order to improve posture and

joint function.
