Meditative Hiking – Mindfulness in the Pure Mountain Air
Mindfulness, purpose, and harmony guide me on all paths – especially those that lead through nature. On this meditative hike, we combine gentle movement with inner alignment, consciously breathing in the gifts of the clear mountain air, and releasing what no longer serves us. The fresh air, the wide views, and the quiet strength of nature open up new perspectives – on our path and on ourselves. For me, personal growth means becoming aware of how we feel, what strengthens us – and where we want to go. With my “mental backpack”, I will guide you through landscape and silence, offering impulses, creating orientation, and helping to align body and mind – so that you can step into your own power and discover the space within you where you can truly breathe.
