Gusto - Pure pleasure for the palate at the Rittner Horn
still until 3.02.2024 the delicious dishes, wines & gourmet apple juices from the event GUSTO can be enjoyed in the Feltuner Hütte, Gasthof Unterhorn & Gasthof Pemmern.
Event Gusto on 27.01.2024:
3 huts, 3 guest chefs, 3 farmers and 3 wine producers offer an exciting and delicious program for all gourmet fans. The hosts of the Feltuner Hütte, the Gasthof Pemmern and Gasthof Unterhorn each invite a guest chef to create a special dish with Rittner products. Star chef Stephan Zippl from Restaurant 1908 at Parkhotel Holzner, Jakob Eckl from ristorant Feines Eckl and Valentin Stürz from Hotel Tann will be responsible for these exquisite taste experiences at the Rittner Horn. In addition, wine and apple juice of local producers will be paired to the special dish. At the valley station of the Rittner Horn gondola, all GUST0 guests can meet the wine & apple juice producers, who invite guests to taste various wines and juices.
The starting signal to fourteen days indulgence in the snow turns out spectacularly: on Saturday, 27 January all cooks, farmers and wine producers will be present personally on the huts and present their creations to the guests. Then, for another week, until February 3, the dishes will be offered at the huts.
