Gastronauts is not a classic dinner, but a culinary expedition.
At Condito in Bolzano, we take you on a journey where taste is rethought – far from familiar combinations, close to curiosity, craftsmanship, and experimentation.
We cook dishes that most of you have never eaten:
with extraordinary products, rare ingredients, special ferments and techniques that are not found on the plate every day. Preserved, forgotten – all with respect for the product and focus on taste.

Prices include drinks (water, juices, kombucha) and “Basic” wine pairing (Girlan Winery 448 white, Pinot Noir red wine Bolzano Winery). Upon request, we also offer other wines which may be charged separately.
