As part of the culinary speciality weeks game and forest, the highlight event "Game & forest taste nature . forest edition" will take place on 8 October 2023. Award-winning chef Theodor Falser and his team will take the Johannesstube restaurant in Nova Levante, South Tyrol, into the forest.
The chef will prepare an exclusive five-course lunch over an open fire, accompanied by selected wines from the region. An exclusive experience with unique sensations - the scent of the woods, the crackling of the open fire, the backdrop of the pale Dolomites and finally the best from our kitchen.

The package includes:
- welcome aperitif
- 5-course tasting menu cooked in the forest without gas and electricity
- alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage accompaniment
- water
- hike with star chef Theodor Falser
- return transfer (the way back is on foot through the forest or by shuttle bus on request)
