Fiumicina | Ricette Solari
Organizer: LungomareRicette Solari reactivates the Fiumicina solar kitchen, launching on August 16 at the Danzare a Monte festival in Val di Fiemme, then moving to Bolzano from August 20 to 22 on the Talvera Meadows, near Piazzale Langer.
Four days of culinary experimentation to create a collective cookbook of solar recipes – a space where experiences and knowledge can evolve and flow. An opportunity to learn, listen, experiment, and rethink our culinary knowledge inspired by a kitchen that embraces natural resources.
Three Days in Bolzano
From Wednesday, August 20 to Friday, August 22, 2025, we invite you to join us on the Talvera meadows (near Piazzale Langer) for Ricette Solari – three days of culinary experimentation where you can share recipes and cooking techniques, enjoy flavours, and exchange knowledge, starting from hands-on experience with Fiumicina and thanks to the contributions of artist-cook Andrea d’Amore and TAB Take Away Bibliographies.
Over the three days, you’ll be invited to take part in preparing and cooking meals by bringing an ingredient suitable for a vegetarian dish, such as vegetables, herbs, fresh or dried fruits, eggs, cheese, or cooked legumes. Afterwards, we’ll gather for convivial moments where cooks, passers-by, and guests can taste the experimental recipes together (while supplies last).
To participate in any of these activities, you can register for free via this link.
