On Friday 3 March at 5 p.m. the exhibition on the project "Ri-Nutri Rethinking Nutrition" will be opened at the Stadtgalerie, Dominikanerplatz 18 in Bolzano, in the presence of Professor Lucio Lucchin and Councillor Andriollo. The exhibition is organised by the UPAD Foundation with the support of the City of Bolzano. The exhibition, which was previously on display at the Twenty shopping centre on G. Gailei Street, is open to the public free of charge from Saturday 4 March to Thursday 30 March at the following times: Tuesday to Sunday, mornings from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and afternoons from 3 to 6 p.m. According to forecasts, the world's population will be almost 9 billion in 2040. Will there be enough food for everyone? And how? The warning of a global food crisis is as topical as ever. The exhibition parcour of the Ri-Nutri project was conceived by Prof. Lucio Lucchin and a scientific committee and is divided into 14 information stations dedicated to different topics and issues related to food. The aim of the project is to make people of different ages and backgrounds aware of the importance of a conscious diet. In the exhibition, one can also find out with a special test whether one is a gourmet, i.e. a person who is genetically predisposed to recognise every nuance of taste. In addition, all those interested will have the opportunity to purchase the book Ri-Nutri, edited by Lucio Lucchin and dedicated to the contents of the exhibition and the project of the same name. You are cordially invited to attend the opening of the exhibition 'Ri-Nutri', which will take place on Friday 3 March at 17.00 in the City Gallery at Dominican Square 18, in Bolzano. "Rethinking Nutrition" will be open to the public throughout the month of March. Reservations: Tel. 0471921023 or by e-mail rinutri@upad.it.
