Rooted in our region, this cooking event brings genuine South Tyrolean tradition to the stove. Typical dishes from the farmers’ kitchen are prepared in the classic way and refined with modern influences. The result: dishes that are simply “bsunders guat” (especially good).

Event description
Participants can look forward to a 4-course menu made from local ingredients sourced from South Tyrolean farms. Experienced chefs, well-versed in South Tyrolean cuisine, will guide you through a rustic culinary evening and share new inspiration for both familiar and lesser-known dishes. Exciting tips and tricks await you in the cooking school’s kitchen.
During the evening, you’ll not only get hands-on experience but also enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared. Gathered around the large communal table – the tavolata – the self-cooked dishes, paired with suitable wines, will become the centerpiece of the evening.
