Enjoyment is simply part of life in South Tyrol – especially when traditional recipes are passed down from generation to generation.

During the Blossom Enjoyment Weeks, a special cooking workshop invites you to get to know South Tyrolean cuisine up close.



Together with the farmers' wives from Natz, typical specialties such as herb dumplings, dried tomatoes, and herb butter are made from regional ingredients – with a lot of heart, knowledge, and authentic flavor.



Afterwards, the prepared delicacies will be tasted together.
