Calisthenics course - Advanced
Discover and explore the discipline of Calisthenics, from the Greek for ‘Beautiful Strength’. These are muscle-strengthening exercises based solely on your own body weight. With instructor Thomas Steiner, you’ll achieve new goals in strength, mobility and technique, whether you’re a complete beginner or a more advanced athlete.
Registration is open until 5.00 pm on the day itself.
Thomas will provide resistance bands and all necessary equipment, so you won’t need to bring your own.
