Baking bread at Hofstätterhof (as part of TESANA)

You can experience first-hand what fresh bread smells like that has just come out of a traditional wood-burning oven every Thursday at 4 pm directly at the Hofstätterhof Buschenschank in Naraun. This is when the bread for the family business is baked by the landlords. The sourdough rye pairs are still lovingly made here! Anyone who wants to watch and perhaps help out with one or two of the steps is very welcome! There is always a tasting afterwards.
