Each morning gives you an opportunity for a compassionate new start – a heartfelt invitation to treat yourself with kindness.
Guided by our mindfulness Mindfulness Coach, Christine, we will transform each morning into a unique journey toward your well-being. Targeted exercises strengthen our nervous system and contribute to stress reduction. Christine will lead you through a soothing sensory exploration, allowing you to connect with the nature around you and, more importantly, rediscover yourself. Deceleration is the key – where happiness often reveals itself in the simplicity of these small moments.
If weather permits, we will include elements of Kneipp therapy to revitalize your circulation.
