Wine & dine with chefs from around the globe À Table goes into the fourth round! Mati Pichci from Copenhagen will be our guest at Parkhotel Mondschein on two evenings. His 5-course menu will be vegetarian, seasonal and progressive. On Sunday, we start at lunchtime with a Brunch&Lunch. Here you can also enjoy his famous omelettes and other à la carte dishes. About Mati Pichci Storyteller cook. Food curator of Copenhagen based Psyche Café. Previously for nearly 4 years he had been running a vegetarian café Atelier September as a chef & manager. He gained experience during internships at Noma in Copenhagen and Kabi in Tokyo. He runs cooking workshops, organizes long table dinners and cooks as a private chef. Always in the haze of steamy stories. Friday 17th & Saturday 18th of March, from 7pm 5-course set menu 125 € per Person including drinks and wine accompaniment.
