The historical estate Kematen (1322m above sea level) is situated on a sunny rise above Klobenstein/Collalbo, the capital village of the famous bright platform of Ritten/Renon.

The manor-house, the barn and the little church are building toegether the approx 750 years old hide, protected on the northern side of a small forest which is surrounding a romantic sleepy lake.
