This splendid castle from the 12. century is situated near the eastern edge of Meran, the resort town famous for its tradition and spas.

It is located twenty minutes by foot from downtown and is surrounded by a 5 hectare landscaped park with ancient trees and has a large swimming pool amidst groomed meadows. It is considered one of the most beautiful and habitable castles in South Tirol and is open year round.
Superbly decorated suites are situated all around the romantic central courtyard, whereas large reception rooms are ideal for meetings and festive occasions. The castle chapel lends itself ideally for weddings.
