An experience that combines yoga and cross-country skiing for the wellbeing of body and mind. Yoga improves posture, flexibility and body awareness and harmoniously prepares you for physical activity. Breathing exercises and flowing movements improve balance, coordination and cross-country skiing performance. The activity is accompanied by instructor Alexandra (Yoga Dolomites) and a cross-country skiing instructor to offer a holistic and personalised experience that combines body awareness and sports technique. The experience takes place in the new cross-country skiing centre of Alta Badia, surrounded by the splendid landscape of the Dolomites, where nature and movement merge into an opportunity for complete physical and mental renewal.
