"VAL" (from the Ladin language meaning "valley") and "Sinergia" (working together) form the two main ingredients for the only Yoga, Meditation, Movement, Health, and Mindfulness Festival in San Vigilio di Marebbe. During 4 days of FESTIVAL you`ll have the opportunity to participate in numerous talks, workshops, guided hikes, yoga sessions, meditations and much more.
