As inexplicable as art is, its participation in this unfolding of the world's beauty is just as certain, opening up further with each new work of art, which is the content and vision, travelogue and future dream of my work." Hartwig Thaler (born 1962) comes from Bressanone, graduated from the art academy in the Netherlands and works as a freelance artist in the fields of painting, sculpture, design and art in architecture. He has been the artistic director of the 50x50x50 Biennale at Franzensfeste Fortress since 2011.
