Welcome to the Kneipp oasis trail in Gossensass/Colle Isarco!

This idyllic trail is based on the five pillars of Sebastian Kneipp: water, exercise, nutrition, medicinal plants and order of life, whose holistic thinking is still considered groundbreaking for naturopathic healing methods and health promotion today: "Nature has given us everything we need to stay healthy in abundance". Look forward to an easy, enjoyable adventure hike and the effects that cold water treatments can have on the body with our Kneipp health trainer Maria.
