Sustainable winegrowing at the Messnerhof Winery ALL YEAR / 6PM / Winery Messnerhof, Via San Pietro 7, Bolzano What exactly is sustainable winegrowing? During a guided tour through the small vineyard, you learn about the ecology of vineyards. You gain an insight into how wine is produced sustainably, from planting and managing the vine-yard to processing the grapes and reaching the final quality of the wine. The guided tour finishes with a wine tasting of Messnerhof wines. Duration: about 1.5 hours. Minimum number of participants: 4. Price 18 € per person.
