Wednesday on tour: Panoramic hike on the Vigiljoch – Naturnser Alm
Discover the fascinating mountain world of South Tyrol on our guided day hikes. Fascinating experiences and unforgettable memories await you.
Panoramic hike on the Vigiljoch – hut Naturnser Alm & mountain lake "Schwarze Lacke"
At 9 am, we set off on the hiking bus from Steinegg|Collepietra to Lana, where the cable car takes us comfortably up to the mountain station at around 1,490 metres – the start of a day of hiking with stunning views.
From here, we take a direct route to the idyllically situated little church of St. Vigilius. Those who wish can also cover this section by chairlift – a gentle start for anyone who prefers to take things a little more leisurely. Together we continue our way to the hut Naturnser Alm. Here we are greeted not only by the impressive panorama of the Vinschgau Valley, but also by a well-deserved stop for a bite to eat featuring typical South Tyrolean cuisine. After lunch, we make a gentle descent to the mountain lake "Schwarze Lacke" – a tranquil, reed-lined mountain lake. From there we follow the panoramic trail back to the mountain station of the Vigiljochbahn cable car. The descent back to Lana concludes this varied day’s hike – where our hiking bus is already waiting for us.
