What exactly is sustainable winegrowing? During a guided tour through the small vineyard, you will learn about the ecology of vineyards. You gain an insight into how wine is produced sustainably, from planting and managing the vineyard to processing the grapes and reaching the final quality of the wine. The guided tour finishes with a wine tasting of 5 Messnerhof wines.
