One evening with Christian Heiss, bar manager of the Kronenhalle in Zurich and the younger brother of our chef de cuisine

Christian Heiss, the younger brother of our chef de cuisine, is the bar manager at one of Europe's most legendary venues, the Kronenhalle in Zurich. During an aperitif the specially created Fragsburg cocktail celebrates its premiere in the inner courtyard of our medieval castle nearby. Afterwards, the two brothers invite you to "South Tyrol staged Heiss" in the restaurant of the Fragsburg. Unique drinks by the awarded rum lover Christian Heiss harmoniously accompany the 5-course gourmet dinner by chef Egon Heiss. Friday, 14th April 2023  ·  290 € per person (aperitif and dinner incl. accompanying drinks)
