Trio Musicaè

The Trio Musicaè is made up of three musicians who have known each other since their student days in Munich. After brilliant solo careers, they reunited a few years ago. Yamei Yu was for many years concertmaster under Zubin Mehta at the Bavarian State Opera; Tatjana Vassiljeva, currently principal cellist of the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, was supported from an early age by Mstislav Rostropovich; and ECM artist Anna Gourari, who has been performing in concerts worldwide since winning the Clara Schumann Competition, has also been directing the MUSICAÈ concert series in Munich for several years.
