Gentle Hatha Flow - Asana practice

Free.motion Yoga invites us to cultivate flexibility, acceptance and inner peace by engaging with the natural rhythms and currents of life. The practice includes meditative Qi Gong exercises to harmonise the flow of energy. We flow through a gentle hatha flow asana practice that synchronises breath and movement. Finely tuned music accompanies the entire class, supports the exercises and creates a calming atmosphere. We leave space for self-expression and intuitive movement. Various body awareness exercises sharpen mindfulness and promote awareness of subtle sensations.

The lesson will be hold in german
The class ends with a guided meditation that anchors the feeling of flow and unity within us.
