Törggelen and wine

The "Törggelezeit" begins with the end of the grape harvest in October and ends with Advent. In between are leisurely walks through the golden autumn landscape and convivial moments in the traditional Buschenschänken. On our hike we visit the Villscheiderhof winery above Brixen. We taste the new white wine of the season and get to know the winegrowers’ family who grow and cellar the grapes for their wine themselves. The hike continues to the Buschenschank Haidnerhof near Brixen. The hosts Franz Josef and Ingrid serve us typical Törggele-dishes. A glass of "new" wine or a grappa from the farm's own distillery is recommended to finish the refreshment.
