The Maestro Giovanni Allevi returns to the European stage with his new solo program, “Pianoforte Solo.” His music is distinguished by a unique balance between classical elegance and contemporary sensitivity, guiding audiences on a profound inner journey. Even the silence between notes takes on meaningful weight, becoming a moment of reflection and contemplation.

Allevi himself describes his approach to the piano:

“I timidly resume my tour of concerts abroad. I already know it will be very exhausting due to the suffering condition of my body. Yet I feel that I am approaching the piano with a completely new feeling: Love in its purest state! I am not interested in success or external recognition. All I desire is to celebrate the beauty and the miracle of life!”

With “Pianoforte Solo,” Allevi creates a space of intimacy in which music becomes a universal language. Each performance is a moment where everyday life pauses, and reality is reassembled, note by note, into instances of pure shared essence. Giovanni Allevi is not only a pianist and composer but also a philosopher, conductor, and writer. His literary works, including “La musica in testa” and “Le regole del pianoforte – 33 note di musica e filosofia per una vita fuori dall’ordinario,” demonstrate the depth of his artistic thinking.

Beyond his artistic activity, Allevi is socially engaged, for example as European Ambassador of the Earth Day European Network, supporting young people and promoting the protection of our planet. Numerous international honors, including the Golden Opera Award and the naming of an asteroid in his honor, underline his contribution to music and culture.
