Directed by Christl Stocker Perkmann, the gripping play "The Brothers from Eccles Street" promises an exciting evening of theater that gets under your skin.

The play will be performed in German.

Plot:

Salford, Northern England. A cul-de-sac right by the railway tracks, shaped by soot, industrial noise, and the harsh reality of the working class. Here, between the smoky "Railway Bar" and the confines of their apartment, brothers Eddie and Ricky Gale lead lives as different as they are themselves.

A fragile idyll. Fireman Ricky returns from London with his new wife Ruby. He is full of hope and sees Ruby as the fulfillment of his dreams. But in Eccles Street, nothing stays hidden for long. Eddie, the locomotive driver scarred by life, recognizes a face in the mysterious Ruby that could shake Ricky's ideal world to its foundations.

Truth or destruction? In an atmospheric production directed by Christl Stocker Perkmann, a dramatic web of jealousy, family disputes, and the desperate search for recognition unfolds. When the clattering piano playing in the pub falls silent and the whistle of the trains cuts through the silence, the all-decisive question arises: Can you really escape your past?
