"The Algund Day" - horse racing track in Merano
On Sunday, August 20, 2023, the "ALGUND DAY" will take place at the horse racing track in Meran. An exciting race day awaits you with 6 horse races and various activities for visitors of all ages.
The races will begin at 4:00 PM, and the racecourse and restaurant will open at 12:30. Starting from 3:00 PM, there will be a guided tour of the racecourse, and interested individuals can participate without prior registration.
Above the VIP grandstand area, the tourist office and the Algund farmers invite to the regional Algund buffet, which opens at 15:15. All Algund residents and guests from Algund are warmly invited to socialize, taste typical products, and conclude the race day.
Pony rides will also be offered for children from 15:00 onwards.
