The advent of the abbey

Neustift Abbey has a plenty to offer in the run-up to Christmas: Rorate in the abbey church followed by breakfast in the wine bar, a nativity scene exhibition in the Castle of the Holy Angel, an evening guided tour of the with lanterns, the Advent concert by the men's choir, or the concert by the tower winders from the Castle oft he Holy Angel. Or perhaps simply enjoy a punch in the Christmas forest?

Rorate in the Abbey Basilica
Daily except Wednesdays at 6.30am, beginning on 3.12.2023; follo¬wed by breakfast in the bar (Sundays excepted)
Candlelight Rorate on Wednesday at 6pm and on Friday at 6.30 am (please bring a lantern).

Winter magic in the Christmas forest
Thursday to Saturday from 3pm to 7pm

Christmas crib exhibition of the South Tyrolean Friends of Nati¬vity Scenes in the Castle of the Holy Angel
1 to 3 and 8 to 10 December, 10am to 5pm

Advent concert of the Neustift Men‘s Choir
On 9 December at 4pm in the Christmas forest

School boarding house: Musical entertainment by the choirboys and the sellingof handmade products for a charitable cause
Wednesday 6 and 14 December instrumental performance at 4:30pm
On 20 December at 4.30pm concert by the choirboys from the school boarding house

Concert of the Brixen Wise Men
on Saturday, 16th December at 3pm in the Christmas forest

Brass music from the roof of the Castle of the Holy Angel
Every Saturday at 5pm with different brass groups
