The mountain autumn brings together outdoor experiences with a magnificent landscape and an outstanding cuisine.

With its unusual shape, the Plattkofel peak is one of the most distinctive and best-known panoramic summits in the South Tyrolean Dolomites. At 2,955 m, the peak also boasts an absolutely spectacular 360° view of the Dolomites at sunrise.

At 3:45 am, a minibus will take you to the Zallinger mountain refuge, from where the fairly steep ascent leads to the Plattkofel mountain refuge; from here, the trail initially leads along a grassy ridge and later a very steep ascent over rocky terrain up to the Plattkofel peak, where you can experience a magnificent sunrise. After the descent along the same trail, you can enjoy a hearty breakfast at the Plattkofel mountain refuge before heading back to the set-off point.

In addition to standard hiking clothes, you also need good hiking boots, a wind jacket, approx. 500 ml of fluids and possibly a hat, gloves and hiking poles. You will be provided with a headlamp at the meet-up point.

The price includes the roundtrip with the shuttle bus to the starting and arrival point, the sunrise hike from Seiser Alm to the Plattkofel peak with the professional hiking guide and a breakfast at the Plattkofel Mountain Refuge.
